Wine and Oyster tour

Gourmet wine tour: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

In a typically Mediterranean landscape, wander around the lagoon to explore the vineyards and taste the oysters of the Thau lagoon.

Meet your guide on the Esplanade de l’Europe at 10am. You will start the day with a visit to a tradional Languedoc wine estate settled in the middle of the vineyard bathed in sunshine and refreshed by the sea breeze.. You will visit the vinification cellar and the oak barrel cellar before tasting their wide range of white, red and rosé wines.

Your guide will then drive you to an authentic oyster and shellfish farm by the lagoon. Learn about this little known production and sample the oysters accompanied by a glass of Picpoul de Pinet, the region’s typical white wine, with a magnificent view over the lagoon. (it is possible to have mussels instead for those who do not like oysters.)
