An introduction to tasting to learn and treat yourself
Thanks to the workshop, you will be able to learn the basics of wine tasting and to discover classic and surprising pairings with the cheeses of our regions.
A selection of quality products
For each workshop, we select 4 quality wines among our local partners to show you the diversity of the Languedoc-Roussillon’s wine areas. As for the 4 cheeses, they are selected with care by Marie specialist from a craft cheese and dairy shop in Montpellier.
All this in order to offer you a unforgettable tasting experience with perfect pairings.

Where: Domaine Cazalis de Fondouce à Villeveyrac
The family wine estate is located in Villeveyrac (about 30 min from Montpellier and 20 min from Sète). You will be welcomed by the winemaker, the workshop will take place outdoors in a magnificent setting in the shade of the pines and in front of the vineyard.
